As the 2025-2026 school year comes to an end, seniors reflect on their experiences through high school as they get ready to move to bigger opportunities. As they reflect, many think about their memories, lessons, and growth that defined their four years.
Azariah Enoch, who is a senior, feels as though her time at high school has gone by too fast, wishing that her time had not gone by as fast as it did because it has been so great so. One memory she will always remember from high school is the Senior Sunset. Throughout her four years, she believes that she has grown to be a more outgoing, louder person since she believes she was very quiet in year 9. When she graduates, she plans to go to Millersville University to study English. One message she has for her underclassmen is “don’t let things get in the way of your goals. You may have terrible things happening in your life, but don’t let that build up.”
Another senior in high school, Sadie Haines, is really excited to graduate, and she’s looking forward to summertime. She wants to move forward from her time in high school and go to school to become a nurse. One memory she has from high school is all the good friends she has made throughout her four years. She does not think she has changed much or at all since freshman year. One piece of advice to give to her underclassmen would be to enjoy high school while it lasts and not stress too much, as everything will go by faster than expected.
