Christmas will be here before we all know it. Christmas is such a special time for many students to see their loved ones that they may not have seen in a long time. Christmas time where students make fun plans to do over the holiday break. This year we have two weeks off at Christmas, so that is a big chunk of time for students to do fun activities, travel, or just stay at home and relax.
My Christmas plans consist of waking up of Chritsmas morning and opening gifts with my parents. We then go to my aunt’s for lunch and then out to my dad’s uncle’s house for a big family Christmas dinner and gift exchange. I look forward to this year every year because I get to see some of my family that I do not always get to see.
Ali Wertz is another student who has some fun plans for Christmas this year. “I am going to the Flyers hockey Christmas game,” said Ali. She is also looking forward to going to her cousin’s house for secret Santa.
Tia Adam is looking to do the most she possibly can during her time off for Christmas. “I am hoping to see Christmas lights, make cookies, decorate gingerbread houses, shop for Angel Tree tags, and buy presents for others,” said Tia. She is also just hoping to spend time with loved ones and make memories. I am also looking forward to making and building gingerbread houses and hopefully having a competition as to who makes the best.
Ana Smith is another student looking forward to spending time with her family, as well as eating lots of yummy food on Christmas day. Overall, Christmas is going to be so much fun for not only myself, Tia, Ali, and Ana, but hopefully for many others too.
