That time of the year is coming up again, where people can dress up however they want, eat candy until their stomachs are aching, and make the most of memories with friends and family. Halloween is brewing and candy is flying off of the shelves, ready for trick-or-treaters. There is a point in time in a person’s life where trick-or-treating is considered fun and cool anymore. Staying home or at a party instead of going outside to neighborhoods for candy. It is always nice to know how people truly feel about trick-or-treating on Halloween.
Lena Gebely, freshman student, shares her thoughts on trick-or-treating passionately. Gebely loves Halloween and is always excited to show off yet another costume. She brings up how trick-or-treating is a way for people to express themselves. Her favorite part is being able to spend it with her friends, enjoying every moment together. “Trick-or-Treating is also an excuse to have fun and hang out with friends,” Lena noted.
Another freshman student, Reiley Jozefick, is thrilled for Halloween and can not wait for trick-or-treating. “It is a way for friends and family to come together and bond,” Reiley remarks. Jozefick expresses that Halloween is much more than just having candy. “I know that some people just go for the candy, which I understand because I also love candy, but it is more of a chance to have a fun night,” she shares.
Grayson Rollman is a freshman who is quite enthusiastic about trick-or-treating and just celebrating Halloween spirit in general. He seems to have fun trick-or-treating every year and never gets sick of it. He mentions, “You can decorate your house, dress up as your favorite characters, and get free candy.” His excitement is through the roof and counting down the days when he can be roaming around neighborhoods again. “It really is such a blast if you have nothing else to do,” Grayson exclaims. Trick-or-Treating is a real catch to those who enjoy having a pure time.
