With Thanksgiving break fast approaching from November 26 to December 1, students are hoping to spend time with their families during this break. While the students are looking forward to the break, many wish for new things this year, such as Thanksgiving songs. Whether it will be spending time with their families or looking forward to the food, these students are excited for their Thanksgiving break.
Students, such as Rileyanne Fisher, said that she is looking forward to eating the many desserts often eaten during Thanksgiving. Meanwhile, another student, Mason Velilla, said he is looking forward to seeing his multiple family members and especially his grandma this break. While they do have different reasons for looking forward to Thanksgiving, both are very excited to get into their break. But while they both have their positive reasons for enjoying their Thanksgiving, they will have to endure the endless amount of cleaning and football game chaos. But the negatives of these situations do not keep them away from the holiday, and Mason has said he looks forward to the football games.
Whatever the students do to celebrate Thanksgiving, there is no wrong way. People have the chance to eat some food and enjoy the presence of their families. Looking forward to seeing these things and enjoying them is definitely a way to get through the month leading up to Thanksgiving.
