Student Spotlight – Graylea Knight

    Many students at our school stay busy with activities, but Graylea Knight is someone who is involved in a lot and still keeps a really positive attitude. Graylea is being recognized in this Student Spotlight for all the things she does at school and for being a positive person to the people around her.
    Graylea participates in several sports and activities. She plays softball, golf, and runs cross country. On top of that, she is also involved in class office and student council. Being part of so many things shows how dedicated she is to staying involved and helping out around the school.
    Graylea says one thing that keeps her motivated is wanting to stay positive for others. “I am motivated to stay positive and productive by being positive for the people around me so they can be happy,” Graylea said. Having that kind of mindset can really help make the school environment better for everyone.
    Another interesting fact about Graylea is that she loves to travel. She has already visited many states and is working toward seeing all of them. “I only have 20 more states to visit before I hit all 50,” she shared. That is a pretty cool goal that not many people can say they are close to completing.
    Graylea also shared a quote that she likes to think about. “Today is here then it’s gone forever, what a great reason to have a fantastic day,” she said. This quote shows how she tries to make the most out of every day and keep a good attitude.
    Students like Graylea help make our school a better place by staying involved and bringing positive energy to the people around them.
