At our school, there are so many students who stand out, and one of them is sophomore Addison Meilleur. She is known for being positive, hardworking, and involved in different activities, making her a great example of school spirit.
Addison is currently in 10 grade and has been part of the Hamburg community for a long time. She shared, “I am in 10 grade and I have been at Hamburg since kindergarten,” which shows how connected she is to the school and how much she has grown here.
One teacher who really made an impact on her is Mrs. Young. Addison said, “A teacher that really inspired me was Mrs. Young because she always told me to be myself and was really fun to be around.” Having supportive teachers like this can really help students feel more confident and comfortable being themselves.
Outside of school, Addison has a really cool hobby. She explained, “A fun fact about me is I show horses all around the world.” This is something that makes her unique and shows how dedicated she is to what she loves.
Addison also shared some advice for other students. She said, “One piece of advice I would give to other students is to live in the moment because these years will go by fast and it is important that you make the most of it with your friends.” This is a great reminder for everyone to enjoy high school while it lasts.
Overall, Addison Meilleur is a great example of a student who works hard, stays positive, and gets involved. She really represents what it means to be part of our school community.
