Tia Adam is a very hardworking senior for the class of 2026. She is a leader at school and a dedicated student both in and out of school.
Tia is involved in five clubs. She is the president of LEO Club, Historian of National Honor Society, as well as part of the Jigsaw and Mu Alpha Theta, and Students Helping Students clubs. In addition to all these amazing clubs, Tia is also the senior editor for publications. She puts a lot of time and effort into everything she does for school to make it a better place. Out of school Tia works at FLF Textiles where she folds clothing and blankets.
Tia loves to read and bake and those are some of her favorite hobbies. “I specifically enjoy baking cakes like red velvet where I can work on my icing skills,” said Tia. She also loves making cookies and enjoys seeing how much icing she can fit on one cookie.
After high school Tia plans on attending a four year college for math and possibly for a Bachelors of Science in education. Before she goes to college, she wants to make so many memories over the summer with the people she is close to as well as saving up money from her job. Tia is going to miss running the LEO club and making the yearbook pages. Most of all she is going to miss her conversations with Mrs. McCarthy and just high school and all that goes along with it.
Tia lives by the quote, “You are exactly where you are supposed to be” and “YOLO” mainly because she wants to make the most out of her life and to know that the hard times do not always last forever.
