See You At The Pole is an event where the community can pray over our country, our schools, those in leadership positions, and our friends and family. Three teachers came to support this event, along with five students. Each school was able to participate in this event, as it is a national event.
The student fellowship club is about growing in faith in our schools, and growing together and learning to love each other as a community. The student fellowship club is about spreading God’s word, and the meetings open up with a prayer. During each meeting, the student fellowship club reads passages from the Bible and reflects on them.
Sophia Garretson, a sophomore, says that she “enjoyed reading a bible verse and talking about it, along with having prayer requests and a prayer over our school” right before any classes happened that day. Ellie Grim, a junior, says “we chose to participate in this nationwide seven am event because we believe it was important to participate in, and it raised awareness for what the club values.”
The cabinet members are Sophia Garretson as President, Kaylana Ebling as Vice President, and Ellie Grim as Secretary. Mrs Argot is the advisor for this club as well.
