According to YouGov America, America’s favorite pizza is pepperoni pizza. To test this statement, a few members of Hamburg Area High School shared their favorites. 

      Out of the 10 surveys, three people said pepperoni pizza was their favorite. Mr. Bucheit said, “My favorite kind of pizza is pepperoni because I love pepperoni”, and Gavin Dougherty, a sophomore, shared, “My favorite kind of pizza is pepperoni, because it tastes the best in my opinion.” Finally, Mr. Gaul says, “I like stuffed crust with pepperoni, because I love cheese.” Proving that pepperoni pizza can not be loved by everyone the most, it was one of the less popular favorites. 

     Three more people shared that buffalo chicken pizza was their favorite. Mr. Hetrich said, “My favorite kind is buffalo chicken from Louees, because it’s yum yum yum in the tum tum tum.” On a more serious level, Mr. Buggy said, “My favorite kind of pizza is buffalo chicken, cause it’s really good.” Finally, Mr. Mcbreen shared, “My favorite kinds of pizza are Louees buffalo chicken or plain pizza. I like plain pizza because it’s the original format and buffalo chicken because it’s good.” All sharing the same love for buffalo chicken, it was just as popular as pepperoni pizza. 

     A few uncommon opinions were also shared, adding a little diversity. Jarrett Herman, a freshman, says, “My favorite pizza is extra cheese depending on my mood. I like it because cheese is the best.” Ava Green, a sophomore, shared, “The best kind of pizza is veggie lover, because it’s my favorite.” Mrs. Herman said, “I love ham and pineapple pizza, because it’s sweet and salty.” Mr. Reinhart said, “I like Sicilian pizza, because I feel like you always get more than a standard pizza.” So, while pepperoni and buffalo chicken were the most popular responses, there is no one favorite pizza.
