The school year is starting off strong with many activities happening so far, such as Friday Night Football Games, a very successful first responders night, and senior sunrise! Coming up very shortly, is Hamburg’s Powder Puff game. Powder Puff is where the juniors and seniors play a game of flag football, but they switch the roles. The boys become cheerleaders for the night, and the girls play football. The upperclassmen have been preparing for this day very efficiently. Through practices and meetings, they are very excited for this day to come. Many student council members including Molly Fox who says that this event is one they do not want to miss. The Seniors and Juniors play for victory, with the cheerleaders cheering them on, and the crowd going crazy.
Madelyn Handwerk has taken over as the senior cheer coach. They have been practicing hard for their big day and have made great improvements, throwing up stunts, working on jumps, and working on their chants.Come out and support our Juniors and Seniors at 7 pm on Hawk Hill on October First!
