On September 18 2024, the Disney Plus streaming platform released the first episode of their new show Agatha All Along. This show is set after the previous events of WandaVision in which the character Agatha Harkness was the main villain. Agatha All Along follows Agatha’s journey to get her powers back, in which she recruits some fellow witches to help her on her journey. Episodes of the new show will be released every Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. PT. Only three episodes have been released so far but there is expected to be around nine total. This does not include the additional episodes that there would be if it is eventually renewed for a second season. Without spoiling anything, I can say that so far the show has been good, and I do believe that it will be renewed. However, it is still too early to know for certain.
As for the cast, Kathryn Hahn continues to play Agatha, meanwhile Joe Locke, from the Heartstopper series, plays Agatha’s teen sidekick. They are also joined by many other familiar faces such as Debra Jo Rupp, who was in many things but is most known for her role as Kitty Foreman on That 70’s Show as well as the current reboot of the popular sitcom, That 90’s Show. Overall the cast and storyline so far is great, and I can not wait to see the rest of the show.
