Going back to school is a scary but exciting time. A new environment can be intimidating. Luckily we all have exciting new things to look forward to. One of our many events coming up is Homecoming week.
Homecoming is more than just a dance or a football game; it is a celebration of all Hamburg Area High School’s staff and students alike coming back and reconnecting. There are many activities and events during homecoming week (September 16 to 21). These activities include a parade through town that ends at the high school, the infamous homecoming dance, Fall Fest, and the Friday night homecoming game. Fall Fest will be held on Friday, September 20 at around 12 pm. The parade through town will be held on September 18 at around 5:30 pm. The game will be held on September 20 from 7-10 pm. The homecoming king and queen crowning is sponsored by the student council and will be held at the game.
The homecoming dance sponsored by the junior class, will be held on Saturday, September 21 from 6-9 pm at the high school cafeteria. Tickets will be $10 and must be purchased ahead of time. Show Hawk pride and spirit from September 16 to 21.
