Call Me by Your Name is a popular romance film and novel that came out in 2017, featuring the talented and popular Timothée Chalamet. The book was written by André Aciman and the film was produced by Luca Guadagnino.
The film takes place in the summer of 1983 with Elio Perlman (Timothée Chalamet) spending his summer in Italy with his family. Elio’s father holds interns every summer to go to Italy to study with his father. Elio then meets Oliver (Armie Hammer) and that is how the story unfolds. Elio finds himself falling in love with the intern and that is just the beginning of the story.

This movie is a beautiful story about heartbreak and love and is one of my all time favorite books and movies I have ever watched. The actors, cinematography, and beautiful shots of Italy made me super interested in going to Italy and seeing all the spots from the movies.
In conclusion, this is a popular, sad, but beautiful movie between two guys falling in love and is an amazing film and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
