As the school year approaches a close many students are starting to prepare their plans for summer break. Some go on short vacations to the beach or other attractions over this time. They might also go on trips like camping or visiting family in other states or countries. Sadie Haines, a sophomore at HAHS, is planning on going to Texas for summer to be with her aunt. There are many beaches near PA that students can visit on break such as beaches in New Jersey and Maryland. They might also travel to go to other beaches and attractions around the country. I go to the Ocean City beach in New Jersey right before summer vacation so it is less busy than it is in summer. My family and I like to go every summer for around a week. There are many other students who go to vacation at beaches around the same time for a week or two. Going to the beach for vacation is many people’s favorite summer activity.
